class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Verwertung von Abw\u00e4rmequellen, selbst in den technisch komplexesten Kontexten<\/span><\/p><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In einigen F\u00e4llen liegt die Abw\u00e4rme in Rauchgasen vor, die als \u201ekomplexe Rauchgase\u201c bezeichnet werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dies ist beispielsweise bei Rauchgasen aus der Abfallverbrennung oder der Kalzinierung von Industrieschl\u00e4mmen aus der Papierrecycling oder Kl\u00e4ranlagen der Fall.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Um die in dieser Art von sogenannten \u201ekomplexen Rauchgasen\u201c vorhandene Abw\u00e4rme verwerten zu k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen diese Rauchgase gefiltert werden, wobei die thermische Energie erhalten bleiben muss, um das Potenzial zur Abw\u00e4rmeverwertung nicht zu zerst\u00f6ren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Herk\u00f6mmliche Schlauchfilter, die im Allgemeinen vor der Ableitung dieser Rauchgase in die Atmosph\u00e4re verwendet werden, halten hohen Temperaturen nicht stand, ihre Grenze liegt in der Regel bei etwa 200 bis 250 \u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Aus diesen Gr\u00fcnden hat HEVATECH einen Filter neuer Art entwickelt, der auf einem klassischen Zyklonfilter basiert, aber zwei einzigartige Eigenschaften bietet:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Begrenzung des W\u00e4rmeverlusts auf maximal 20 \u00b0C<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s1\">Akzeptanz von Rauchgastemperaturen bis zu 950 \u00b0C<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Dies erm\u00f6glicht es, Quellen zu erschlie\u00dfen, die aufgrund des hohen Staub-, Silizium- oder sonstigen Partikelgehalts unzug\u00e4nglich sind, um diese Abw\u00e4rme zu verwerten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Dieser Filter wurde im Rahmen eines von der ADEME kofinanzierten Projekts entwickelt und kann nun in einer breiten Leistungspalette eingesetzt werden. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Verwertung von Restgasquellen, auch Fackelgase genannt<\/span><\/p><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Diese Prozessgase, die klassisch und kontinuierlich von Raffinerien oder Produktionsprozessen f\u00fcr Spezialmaterialien erzeugt werden, besitzen ein erhebliches Energiepotenzial, das jedoch geringer ist als das von Erdgas oder Propan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sie werden in der Regel durch Verbrennung in offenen Fackeln vernichtet, um nicht in die Atmosph\u00e4re freigesetzt zu werden, haupts\u00e4chlich aufgrund ihrer hohen F\u00e4higkeit zur Klimaerw\u00e4rmung beizutragen, die auf das 20- bis 30-fache von CO2 gesch\u00e4tzt wird.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">HEVATECH hat ein Know-how zur Verwertung dieses sogenannten Restgases entwickelt, indem W\u00e4rme durch eine Brennkammer erzeugt wird, die den neuesten Standards hinsichtlich der Verbrennungsqualit\u00e4t entspricht, und anschlie\u00dfend die Abw\u00e4rme als Zwischentr\u00e4ger f\u00fcr die Energieumwandlung genutzt wird.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">So dient die aus diesem Restgas erzeugte W\u00e4rme anschlie\u00dfend zur Versorgung der HEVATECH-Maschinen, um diese so erzeugte Abw\u00e4rme in Form von Elektrizit\u00e4t und Kraft-W\u00e4rme-Kopplung
