Our Mission
Decarbonize Industry
HEVATECH is a French SME specializing in the recovery of industrial waste heat, relying on two innovative and robust technologies, whose sizing is optimized by our characterization offering.
Our History
From Innovation to Commercialization
HEVATECH was founded in 2010 by three partners – an entrepreneur, a professor, and a technologist – with the objective of developing sustainable and accessible energy solutions. The founders initially worked on heat storage using phase change materials and thermochemistry.
Due to the lack of an established economic model at the time, a strategic pivot was made in 2015 to refocus the activity on converting waste heat into electricity. HEVATECH then developed its patented
The shareholding structure was strengthened over time with Bertin Technologies (now Naldeo) acquiring a stake in 2019, followed by Eren TES and Caisse des Dépôts (via Banque des Territoires) at the end of 2022, providing the company with the capacity to accelerate technical developments.
In June 2023, HEVATECH acquired the assets of H2P Systems, thereby expanding its technological offering towards high temperatures and enriching its technical expertise. This strategic move allowed for the integration of H2P technology, a hot air engine solution dedicated to the recovery of industrial flue gases between 600 and 1000°C.
To enable industrial companies to quantify their untapped energy potential and overcome investment barriers, HEVATECH will enhance its offering at the end of 2024 with two new dedicated services: MAEVA for resource characterization, and the “ ZERO CAPEX ” offering for financing.
Today, HEVATECH offers a comprehensive solution combining services & technological solutions. The company designs, manufactures, assembles, and installs waste heat recovery machines, enabling the recovery of up to 70% of an industrial site’s lost heat.
HEVATECH continues to expand its offering with increased capacity and a range that valorizes lower temperatures (starting from 200°C), notably through a new project awarded by France 2030.
Our Production SITES
Two Complementary Locations
With its 3000 m² of workshops, HEVATECH has consolidated its headquarters and TURBOSOL assembly workshop in the industrial zone of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux (26 – Drôme), while H2P technology is historically developed at the Gardanne site (13 – Bouches-du-Rhône).
Our Team
An experienced team to lead, execute, and industrialize
HEVATECH relies on a team of 20 employees with diverse skills (R&D engineers, thermal, fluidics, mechanical engineering, industrial processes, control systems, project management, test and assembly technicians, sales representatives), enabling mastery of the entire value chain, from technological development to industrial implementation. This collaborative approach allows for effective responses to industrial challenges.

“A meaningful activity, central to economic and environmental issues. Innovative and profitable solutions. A dynamic and competent team. These are the three pillars of our development.”

“HEVATECH aims to become a leading player in Europe in thermal waste recovery, supporting industrial decarbonization. Our robust and modular technology addresses the concrete challenges of energy efficiency.”
