Experience Feedback on our H2P Solution at the GRDF/NaTran Conference
This Tuesday, June 17, HEVATECH had the honor of presenting, alongside Michel Luong from MERSEN Gennevilliers, concrete experience feedback on our H2P solution, during the GRDF/NaTran webinar dedicated to industrial decarbonization and competitiveness.
The project involved the design and installation by HEVATECH of an H2P (Heat to Power) solution for the MERSEN site in Gennevilliers, a company specializing in the production of graphite parts.
This achievement demonstrates the effectiveness of our approach with remarkable results:
- 200 tons of CO₂ avoided annually;
- 15% of the site’s heating needs covered;
- 7% of waste heat converted into electricity;
- An estimated 3-year return on investment, excluding subsidies;
This installation perfectly illustrates that waste heat recovery can combine environmental performance and economic profitability. It is part of a concrete and measurable industrial energy transition initiative. HEVATECH thanks Laurent Lantoine from GRDF for this invitation and congratulates all the teams who contributed to this excellent technical and environmental achievement.
